Dedicated One on One Sessions: Each sessions allows us to spend 50 minutes to focus on your progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure you get the most out of your time with me.

Our sessions include guidance on how to move and perform daily activities with improved mechanics to prevent future discomfort.

Body Mechanics Enhancement: understand the importance of proper body mechanics in preventing and alleviating pain.

Strength Training: To complement your posture improvement, we incorporate strength training exercises into your sessions. Strengthening the muscles that support your posture is essential for long-term relief and better overall well-being.
