I attended Susan Baird's 8:15 Ball class. Her classes are always fun and challenging. The Jazzercise ball provides extra core work that we all need so desperately to keep healthy backs and it helps with our balance as well. Welcoming and fun, this Jazzercise center is made fabulous by instructors who deliver heart pumping, calorie torching classes to meet the needs of everyone. Weights, mats, tubes, and balls are provided so you're ready for whatever the instructor has in store for you each time. The upbeat and current music fills the room with energy and pushes you through, along with the friendly customers who encourage each other with smiles and kind words!
