I'll preface this review by saying I'm a long-time rock climber and I consider myself fairly strong.

I walked into a strength session feeling confident and walked out feeling humbled. If you're concerned that you won't get a proper workout, let me assuage your fears. You get out what you put in-- and you can make it as hard or as easy as you can manage.
