Jay's Dream Decor

Jay is too sweet, and very professional. I gave her a pretty weird venue lol but she made my vision come to life . We ended up finding out we lived close to each other and she came out and met me there with no problem to ensure we could do it the way I envisioned. I never needed to call her for anything, she always called me and kept me informed on what was going on; she also sent different vendor ideas for me to use for my sons party. Wanted to do something special for my mom on Mother’s Day! Wow! They did that and more! This beautiful balloon arrangement was done right in my parents house and allowed us to create a wonderful Mother’s Day for my mom. She was so happy!
