What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients become unstuck and come away empowered. It's pure joy when a client says at the end of a session "This has been so helpful!"
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always enjoyed helping people find solutions to their problems. Towards the end of my healthcare career in physical therapy, which centered on encouraging and empowering others, I found that coaching was an extension of what I had been doing.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a safe and non-judgmental person. Through my training and ten plus years of coaching and having experienced "stuff" in my own life; I am equipped to help women become empowered. If I feel that I can't help a potential client, I will help her to find other ways to get help rather than just take her money without a plan to get results.
