Jayd strikes the ideal balance of knowledgeability and the enthusiasm to effectively apply it to her teaching. She cares deeply for her work with her clients and is very generous with her time. Jayd meets clients where they’re at with their level of experience with fitness and fosters a non-judgmental space to learn and develop both muscles and mindset.
It can be hard to make the changes in your life that are needed to get the results you want to see and feel in yourself. Jayd helps make that process as accessible as it ever will be.

Working with Jayd makes me happy. I look forward to the workouts and seeing my progression. With Jayd's help I was able to lose 30 pounds after baby #5 over the course of 1 year. I needed to start from zero since I had no abdominal strength. I could barely lift my feet off the ground. It's been 2 years and I have been able to hike to a volcano in Iceland and hike to see the mountain Gorillas in Uganda. This would not have been possible without all the positive encouragement and dedication she put into keeping my training plan progressing as I mastered skills and needed more intense workouts. I am 41 years old and weigh the same as my 15 year old. I feel great about my body and know that I could not have come this far without the knowledge Jayd has shared with me about weight loss, exercise, and eating habits. I’ve been working with Jayd on an off for a year and a half now. She has helped me with strength training through 2 knee surgeries and is innovative! Anything that was too hard for me, she was quick to adapt and has an amazing way of still making me feel confident. Jayd is great! She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and always positive. She has taught me so much about weightlifting and I have seen great results. Even when I was injured from playing softball, she was able to craft an alternative workout for me so I wouldn't lose any of my progress. The best part is that I have been able to develop the habit, so I have no doubt that I am a weight lifter for life due to her guidance. I really love her style, too.
