I design workouts for them with evidence-based practice through NASM OPT model. The workouts chosen are shown to be effective, then there will be a client's choice section of the program to ensure the client can have fun and perform movements that they enjoy as well.

There is no secret, or magic pill to get the body of your dreams. There is a one word answer that should be practiced in ones everyday life. That word is "dedication". If someone has the dedication to get to where they want to be, they will fight to get there. Dedication does not mean they give up, it means they do everything in their power to NOT give up.

I love that I get to help people reach their goals. I love to help people because I was in that situation where I did not know what to do, and I did not know to reach out to anyone for help, and I had to figure it out myself. But since I had to figure it out, I ended up taking breaks because I had nobody to push me. I encourage people to do more when they feel they have not done enough.

I always had a passion for fitness, I would just get caught up in things that made it an on-and-off process. Once I started to realize the benefits of making it a lifestyle, I started to see changes in myself, and I want that for other people. Getting certified was one step in the puzzle to put what I already know into practice. I want to make my lifestyle into a life-long practice where I can help others, and to have people say they were able to make a change because of me, I can say I planted a seed in someone's life.

Clients should choose me because I want to provide fun and passion into working out. I want clients to understand that it is a lifestyle, and simple changes in their lives can add years to their lifespan. I want clients to understand what simple changes can be made, and how easy it is to enact those changes on a day-to-day basis.

I can provide my services online or remotely. Adherence is the clients effort, but the program will still be valid and legit. Proper guidance will be met through detailed nutrition and the training portion of the workout.
