For years, I was an ok husband, ok dad and had an ok job that paid well. I would get up every morning and sit in traffic to go to a job that was good but unfulfilling.

I couldn't shake the feeling that I was not living up to my potential and being the complete man that my wife, my kids and, quite frankly, I deserved.

I decided that I needed to be more intentional with my life and create the identity for my self that I had dreamed of being and knew that I had the potential to become.

I lost 40 pounds and I am intentionally dating my wife again.

I connect with my kids on a level that I didn't think was possible.

I brought meaning and purpose to my life, regardless of what my job title was.
