This was the first time ordering from Janousek Florist and definitely won't be the last. I had always ordered from another florist, but decided to shop around. Read the reviews on Janousek and saw the beautiful pictures of the arrangements people had ordered. I saw one on the Facebook page that another customer had ordered that I thought was beautiful, so I ordered the same one for my grandmother's funeral. I ordered some flowers online to be delivered for a friend’s 60th bday… there was an incident with the business they were to be delivered to… unfortunately they were turned away… Janousek called me and after a couple of phone calls on my part to clear up the situation they MORE than gladly offered to redeliver the next day with no extra charge.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful and made my friends day!!

I just received my second bouqet of flowers from Janousek, and it is every bit as gorgeous and breathtaking as the first one was.
