We have used Jani King cleaning services for nearly 7 years.  Each crew is ran as their own company and they take pride in their services.  If there is something we want changed or done differently, they always accommodate.  The main office still calls after 7 years on a regular basis to ensure we are happy with the cleaning crew have.  While the main office stays in contact with you, you have direct contact with the owner of the company cleaning your office.  Kushal is owner of our company and he very quick to respond and correct any problems we have come up against.  Finding a good cleaning crew is hard.  I have been with my company for 18 years, Carpenter & Langford, P.C., and I have found that initially the crew is great, but after a few months they slack off.   Since we've moved to Jani King, we haven't had this issue.   The company takes pride their services and ensures a quality job done each time.If you are in need of a service, I encourage you to give them a call.  While I see a few bad comments on Yelp (which is typically the only time people Yelp), the services we've received in 7 years of doing business with Jani King have been great, even when I can to call in complain about something not being done to standards.  They immediately fix the problem without question.   That's good business if you ask me!
