What do you love most about your job?
Being a life coach, and an advocate for social justice for over 30 years brings me joy because it has allowed me to support individuals to find the answers they need to improve their lives and meet their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my work as a person who has worked with a varied group of individuals, I find that many times people are challenged by those messages in their heads that hold them back from filing their goals, especially in the LGBTQ+ and other minority groups. It is amazing when I see individuals identify the negative messages, and can flick them off their shoulders and become their Authentic Selves!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am comfortable with different levels of industry from personal to higher levels of business and executive coaching. I have significant leadership experience and education including issues around DEI and professional development and life transition.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I can provide services through Zoom. If needed I can also utilize google and teams based on the needs of the coaches. This will be discussed during the initial session.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The need to address COVID -19 safety issues is not a needed precaution for online coaching. If the coach and coaches agree to meet in person, the coach will request appropriate guidance per updated CDC guidelines. I am currently vaccinated and boosted with the COVID-19 vaccine.
Personal Life and Professional Development Coaching
Fulfillment In Action @Jamie Rogers Coaching provides 1:1 coaching through an identified media between the coach and the coachee. Coaching session mode and pricing will be set upfront during the initial free "get to know you" call. The goal of the initial call is to identify goals and set expectations for future coaching meetings between the coach and the coaches. It is important that both the coach and the coaches feel that it is a good fit to move forward.
