It's been great having The Jacked Team of Coaches namely Coaches Jamie and Elena as my fitness and nutrition coaches. I have grown to appreciate the different levels of accountability that the coaches offer in helping me develop a life style of clean eating, tracking my marcos, mindset changes and embracing a regular fitness schedule.

I'm a baby boomer @ 61 years old. 💪😅 I'm losing weight, feeling stronger, lifting weights, swimming, increasing my steps and enjoying our group chats.

It depends completely on the individual. How consistent you are, If you are following the Macro (Nutrition Guide!), and if you are taking the education given to you and applying it. Overall, this is a lifestyle change not a quick fix. Be patient, and results will come.

We help our clients optimize their metabolism, gut health, and hormones through nutrition that is individual for each client. We focus on 2 things: Eating habits and improving their relationship with food. We do offer sample and tasty meal plans based on the client's fitness goals and preferences. There are full recipe directions and grocery lists. We have tons of resources with recipes to ensure you enjoy the foods you are eating and do not get bored.
