How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I approach this work by meeting you where you are right now. Then we co create a path and practice that will help you to move from where you are now to where you want to be and then I walk that path with you.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
First, is accepting the body you have now and loving yourself the way you are.
Second, is developing practices that you enjoy and will do.
Third, is the action step of continuing these practices over time.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people and witnessing their growth and transformation gives me a great deal of satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became frustrated with the limited approaches available for solving some of life's most challenging problems. Many "solutions" are limited to cognitive or mind based, medication/drugs or surgery.
The physical body is excluded from these approaches and it possesses remarkable self healing capacities. Combining somatic approaches with cognitive ones can lead to transformational and sustainable outcomes.

I have a lot of life experience in helping work to draw from. I recognize that every body is different and that personal and tailor made approaches are more likely to lead to the results you want.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I practice personal and occupational hygiene. I will wear a cloth mask, if requested.
If I learn that I have been exposed, I refrain from working for at least five days.
I am vaccinated.
