BBQ Ribs, brisket, chicken, Hot dogs, burgers and sides
such as Mac and cheese, greens, potato salad just to name a few are what I mainly specialize in. I can also create great Louisiana inspired dishes such as Cajun Catfish, Shrimp n Grits and Cajun Dirty Rice. The menu can be discussed and arranged to your specifications. I have a bartender that can also provide service for your event, with advanced notice if needed.
