I work out of town (at this moment in Texas) and I ordered a surprise arrangement for my girlfriend while she was at work today. A bit nervous about trusting somewhere to handle everything I took a chance and asked for a couple roses and some pretty stuff that smelled nice within a $50 range. They absolutely nailed it. They sent me a picture via text before delivery to make sure it was ok and then the delivery guy went above and beyond to find someone to let him into a secure building where my girlfriend works. Since moving to the area 7 years ago, I have been on the hunt to find our family “go to” florist; one that has not only a great selection of flowers but can arrange them beautifully and without much input from me. We found that with Toni and James Flowers And was worried when the business was sold if we would get the same service. I do not have that worry anymore Melissa and Aaliyah are the nicest women and are so incredibly talented at what they do. I am so thankful I do not have to search for another florist and I can continue to give my business to those who earned it. Amazing service. Called in on the day of a wake, 2 hours beforehand and asked to arrange a sympathy arrangement to be delivered. They had the flowers promptly delivered to the wake service when it had started AND this was a shot in the dark for me. Get this, I live in Canada! I wanted to have flowers delivered and did not know of any businesses in Syracuse. Called this one because it has been around for a while, quick and easy order on the phone including payment and I had a nice arrangement delivered to a friend sitting in my home in Canada.Thank you so much James Flowers! James Florist did the flowers for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and they were stunning. They turned out exactly how I hoped they would and we received a lot of compliments on our bouquets and the centerpieces. Toni was incredibly easy to work with and the prices were a lot more reasonable than we were given at other florists in the area. Called every flower shop I could find on Google that was near Fayetteville and nobody was able to deliver same day. Called these guys and spoke with Tony, who was extremely pleasant on the phone, and she didn't bat an eyelash and told me she would be happy to bring something out to my friend in Fayetteville. 3 hours later I got a text message saying thanks for the flowers with a picture that showed a beautiful arrangement that was done on short notice for less than 40 bucks including delivery...To say I'm satisfied as a gross understatement a big thank you to this company for coming through in a pinch. Since I don't live in the area, I called Syracuse University to see if they could recommend a florist? My daughter's 21st birthday is this weekend and I would like to send her flowers. This person couldn't recommend because they never used a florist (really?) So I googled and started looking through the websites.I called James and got a very nice lady. We discussed what I was looking for. She mentioned two flowers that I didn't know the name of. She asked for my cell number and said she would send me pictures. I called back after I got the pictures, got another nice lady who took my order. I asked if they could send me a picture when they were done? "No Problem," they said.
