Depends on what they are looking to do, get better for a sport, get in better shape, will do whichever is required to help my clients, have plenty of workouts/ options to fit there need.

That I get to help people along the way while I am going towards my goal of Winning World's Strongest Man.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was tired of working dead end jobs and wanted something that I loved doing and I love to help people and if I can help people to get to their dreams as well, that is worth every minute to me.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Well since the gym I go to is outside, not many changes, its already a clean gym, safe and great atmosphere to anyone of any age, gender, and anything else they are looking for.
