JAG fitness is a welcoming gym for people of all ages and fitness levels! Maria and Ang take the time to meet and exceed the needs of all their members individually. The passion that they have for helping others achieve their goals is so abundant in every class. Over the years I have attended numerous gyms, and I can honestly say the programming and coaching here are second to none!!
