I only provide remotely services for small business that are 50 miles radius from my location, only through QuickBooks Online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide free consultations through zoom.
Any documents need it to provide the service with do it through secure email.
We only bring the customer to the office, if is need it.
We sanitize our desks and chairs after each customer.
Accounts Receivable
We provide our clients with the option of having us pay and deliver invoices via E-mail or standard mail. We set up new customer accounts with different payment options to collect your revenue.
Accounts Payable
New vendor accounts are set up with different payment options to pay our clients' bills. We track and pay all monthly invoices from vendors, helping our clients control their cash flow.
Payroll
New and current employees are set up with the right tax codes and are payed by company checks or direct deposit. We comply with state and federal laws by paying payroll liabilities, semi-weekly or monthly and produce all monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports.
Taxes
We prepare individual and small business taxes, W-2's, and 1099 miscellaneous forms for all employees and independent contractors. The forms can be filed and delivered via e-mail or standard mail.
Financial Statements
We provide specific information about our client's company overall financial position by preparing financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets.
Budget Preparation
These reports help small business owners determine whether they have enough money to fund operations, expand the business and generate income for themselves. This a vital tool that should not be overlooked.
