While Raphael is very nice, timely and in the beginning, very responsive, I don’t recommend this company for the lack of response when I expressed a concern. It took me a while to decide whether to write this review but every time I walk past the areas that weren’t cleaned properly, I get upset. I will say first though that he did a magnificent job removing paint from my carpet. My carpets weren’t dirty in the true sense, although there were some spots in a few places. After waiting for them to completely dry then walking over them, I noticed that the stains remained in a couple of areas. I notified Raphael who was (in all fairness to him), dealing with an urgent family matter, of the stains. He assured me that Umar (the person who stretched my carpet) would come back and address my concerns. I also asked for estimates on two area rugs, of which I sent measurements and a picture as requested. Well, I waited...nothing...no Umar...no more text messages...no finishing the job...a month later. What’s most ironic is that Raphael said he wanted to ensure my satisfaction. So much for that. I deliberately go out of the way to give small minority businesses a chance but this is unacceptable. I wasn’t able to use my basement for days because furniture from the one room was stored there until the work was completed. I decided to just do the work myself...when my back and knees can handle the job. Responsiveness is a key customer service competency and they failed. I paid for a service that I now have to finish. The service and professionalism is great. Jackson Service Cleaning, cleaned my 4 carpets and stairs today and I couldn’t be more happy. Great job very pleased with the service..Timing was great even was able to clean my carpets earlier. The price was fantastic. More...
