I always have the best time at jacks! The service and food has always been great. The staff is so nice and always has a smile on their face. We reserved a fire pit for a birthday and that turned out amazing! They made sure our fire pit always had enough wood. I’m so happy to have a fun place to visit on the water! Thanks you jacks! We had a 6pm birthday party at one of the fire pits down on the beach at Jacks. The food was great. Our little barmaid was the bomb. The guy that delivered the firewood for us, kept our fire burning. Best service and overall eating experience I've had all year! Rebecca, the waitress we had,, was absolutely fantastic .. . handling the entire bottom floor with fast response time, a great attitude, and superior service! I wish more places had employees like this place. we will definitely be returning here! Not to mention, the food is 🔥🔥🔥!!! well priced, with great views! if I were to have ANY negative feelings about this place, it would have to be the bar tender... maybe she just needed a hug, but she could definitely learn some people skills from Rebecca!💯 lol, but again, all in all, fantastic place with awesome food, good music, firepits, and the lake feet from where you eat! Arrived about 3:30 PM on a Wednesday; a private party had the beach area reserved. They looked very happy! The upper level has been remodeled with a large open space providing an excellent view of Lake Elsinore. (Do you live near a lake?) The staff were very friendly and attentive to my presence. My order arrived in a timely manner and presented nicely. I had the tri-tip sandwich with a side salad. A choice of sauce was served on the side.
