What do you love most about your job?
I know how scary, lonely, and frustrating some seasons can be during an entrepreneurial journey. If you linger in those seasons too long, it can become very expensive not only in missed opportunity cost but also very expensive with the time, energy, and attention that you need to maintain to be the best version of yourself outside of business as a wife, partner, parent, friend, etc.
I love guiding clients through this season to become hands down, the best version of themselves so that they can focus their energy in positive ways again, becoming excited and productive and making the biggest impact possible with the products and services offered to their clients.
When the ah-ha moments turn into action, creating seismic waves of growth and productivity that flow into not only their businesses, but their family lives as well....it makes my soul just glow knowing I could be a part of that forever change.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I hit the very, very top of my sales company, completely burned out, with an out-of-control schedule and horrible boundaries with work and life, I chose to reward myself for hitting this milestone by investing in a coach. The highly experienced coach that I hired helped me change the way I think, eliminate the negativity in my life, help me refocus on what I needed to, and become the best version of me I could be not only for the nationwide sales team I lead but also for my family. Organically, various other leaders in my sales organization started contacting me asking for help and guidance to help them achieve the same level of success I had. The call volume kept going up and up and I was spending so much time helping others create success and balance in their life that I knew I could make a bigger impact by starting a business to help others as well. From every leader I've worked with up to the corporate level, I have been encouraged to start a life coaching business. So with over 25+ years of leadership experience, here I am, passionately serving those who are silently struggling with direction, knowing more is meant for them.

All meetings will be scheduled over Zoom calls and additional 1:1 support/access via the Voxer app.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I encourage self-care, including exercise, a balanced diet, and getting plenty of rest and we will always meet virtually.

4 Month Reset and Recalibrate Package
If you are tired of constantly feeling overwhelmed with all the to-do lists and growing a successful business, I can help coach you to create a sustainable work/life balance that will last you a lifetime.
We will meet via Zoom twice a month for 60 minutes/each session to help you see through the overwhelm and create focused goals and the specific steps you need to do around them in a way that is approachable and appropriate for your busy life.
I will also support you between sessions through the Voxer app where we can exchange voice memos and text messages.
6 Months to Success
If you need help taking your business from 0-100, 100 to 1,000, and anywhere in between and you don't have a clear vision or action plan to get you to your next level, this is the plan for you.
We will meet via Zoom twice a month for 60 minutes/each session for 6 months to help you see through the overwhelm and create focused goals and the specific steps you need to do around them in a way that is approachable and appropriate for your busy life.
Over our 6 months together, we will work intentionally to create short and long-term growth goals and establish at least one big milestone you want to hit during our time together. I will guide you through the specific steps you need to take to reach this big goal and these new chapters of balance and success in a way that is aligned with your long-term goals and is appropriate for your bandwidth.
I will also support you between sessions through the Voxer app where we can exchange voice memos and text messages.
