There is no denying that what you put in your body will impact your health and wellbeing. Choosing a variety of minimally processed, whole, nutrient-dense foods in the right amounts is the key to good nutrition.

It may sound cliche, but what I love most about my job as a dietitian is helping others. Every day I go to work, I have an opportunity to genuinely connect with people and empower them to achieve long-term health and wellbeing. I do not take this for granted.

Deciding to get into private practice was the best decision I have made in my professional life because it allowed me to make a true positive impact in people’s lives. After working in a hospital, I quickly realized that I wanted to work with others on a deeper one-on-one level to help them optimize their health NOW.

Clients should consider to work with me for 3 reasons:
1) My knowledge: As a Licensed Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition, I always make evidence-based recommendations to meet the individual needs of everyone I work with.
2) My experience: I have professionally worked one-on-one with hundreds of clients with a wide range of backgrounds and goals. Keep in mind, I also accept insurance!
3) My empathetic nature: I understand that every human has a different story, a different set of goals, and a different relationship with food. I try my best make a genuine connection with everyone I work with by truly meeting them where they are at. You will NEVER feel judged; rather my hope is that you will feel empowered after working together.

These meal plans deliver easy-to-prepare, delicious, and nutrient-dense recipes for athletes on-the-go! Options: 1500-calorie, 2000-calorie, 2500-calorie, and 3000-calorie
