If you're committed to improving yourself, this is the place to be. Everyone is friendly, helpful if you have a question, and hungry to reach their goals. The amount of equipment was a little overwhelming at first, but everything is organized into sections so you figure it out quick. Lots of free weights, squat racks, and benches too. It is my second day at j street and the staff is great. People are always willing to help you correct your form a ton of trainers to help guide you through your fitness journey. Nice and clean place to be if your a weight lifter or body builder looking for affordable gym in NWA I highly recommend J street gym in Bentonville I’ve been in the gym for 3 hours and fell in love with it. Monday through Friday, 5:15 am Monday through Thursday 6:30 PM. Great atmosphere. Friendly people that come to grind. Focused trainers. Adequate equipment for minimal waiting. Sauna that’s both hot and works. 24 hours.
