Used Maisel's for my Mom's funeral spray, only to learn we couldn't bury her that day, due to problems at cemetery. Maisels, picked up her beautiful spray after our service at the funeral home, kept it in cold storage for 6 days, refreshed some of the flowers and then delivered it back for her burial. It was just as beautiful the second time...so grateful for them and the wonderful staff...this is a 5 Star florist! More...

I have found that the salespeople and floral designers are always attentive to what I want and are often able to make suggestions to make what I've asked for even better. I had such a wonderful experience working with Mainland Floral. They did the flowers for my rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and they completely understood and executed designs that were not only consistent with the style I wanted, they were far better than what I imagined. The flowers were honestly breathtaking. I've gotten so many compliments on them.
The staff is also amazingly nice. Everyone from the owner to the delivery people were so kind and helpful. Every time I got off the phone with John or Stan, the floral designer, I felt like their most important customer. We had John Maisel and his team take care of the flowers for our daughter's wedding at the Hotel Galvez. We gave him some ideas of what we were looking for and he and his staff took it from there. The result was flat out amazing! The arrangements and presentation literally brought tears to our eyes. I have complete trust and confidence in them and couldn't imagine anyone else doing better. This florist was awesome to work with. I told him what the color scheme/theme was and he ran with it. He helped me keep the flower cost down but still have a beautiful event. Several little touches were added that made the flowers look fantastic. They even called to let me know that a couple of my jars had broken and the were going to use the back-ups I'd sent.
