What inspired you to start your own business?
Services to small businesses were limited by other accountants in the area. Most were only doing tax prep, there is a huge need for Bookkeeping, payroll and tax prep. All 3 services work together to help the business owner maximize efficiency.

Yes services can be provided remotely. We are available by phone, email, zoom, facetime and we have a secure portal for document upload.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Keeping our customers safe is our top priority. We are able to offer a full remote service and we have a secure online portal for document upload.
Bookkeeping
A monthly service, utilizing QuickBooks online we will import, match, classify and reconcile all bank, credit card, loan transactions to create financial statements for managements review
Payroll
A weekly service, we will reach out to the business owner or office manager weekly and process payroll for employees. All employees will be onboarded with minimal effort from the business owner, all employees will be paid via direct deposit each week. All monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements will be accurately and timely filed.
Tax Planning
We will review past years tax returns and current year financials to uncover any tax savings opportunities.
