Wonderful experience. I had a lot of damage to my concrete tile roof in the June 2018 hail storms. My insurance company was only willing to pay for 1/4 of my roof to be repaired, but the first 3 contractors I called came by and said they would only take the job if I could get 100% replacement from my insurance. After 6 months of that fight, I called J&K. They took my job and did a nice job matching the 12 year old tile, completing the job in a timely manner, and even taking care of the gutters and decorative flashings. He was patient, easy to understand, and open to explain every detail related to the roof replacement. I've had Chris H*** from J&K Roofing replace two roofs In the last 20 years due the Hail Storms we have here in Colorado. When a flat portion of my roof developed a leak a few years after the first roof was put in, Chris was out here to assess the damage, then K&K replaced that section within a week...no more leaks! Bottom line, I've referred J&K Roofing to numerous people I know in my neighborhood and many friends as well.
