J & J Roof Cleaning Services

We received a complaint from our HOA about moss on our roof in late summer and since we have an old spanish style tile roof, it's a bit tricky to clean it. Power-washing was a big no-no. In the past we had it dry-brushed, but the company who did that no longer offered that service so we had to figure out a different way of getting the job done. We tried multiple places before we found J&J on yelp...one place did an assessment, gave us a quote, and then on the day of the appt came out and informed us their air pressure wasn't strong enough to do it. Another place didn't show on the day they were supposed to. And we had a close call with a third company we looked up on the Washington state department of labor and industries site to verify they were licensed and bonded only to find that they were neither.Enter J&J Roof Cleaning Services. Jose was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful right from the first. Because we were under a time constraint, he squeezed us in and did a great job! We are pretty particular when it comes to people helping us with house projects, and we could not be more pleased! Jose provided a free estimate after a previous inspection of our home (he was appropriately masked for Covid). He put us on his schedule, keeping in touch with us by email. Very efficient! He and his team arrived on time on the agreed-upon day, with two trucks - each very organized and well equipped. Jose and his two workers were all very friendly, kept appropriately social distanced, and worked very hard. When roof was spotless and had the moss repellant applied, the three of them each worked very hard to impeccably clean up the entire yard and front of the house. We have been using J&J Roofing for several years now. They come once a year and clean off debris and moss from our roof. These guys are total pros! They are nice, polite, efficient and their clean up is absolutely immaculate. For many years I was at work when they came so never saw them, didn't even know they'd been because they left everything spotlessly clean, and our roof immaculate.
