What a fabulous florist find! I live in Northern Michigan and wanted to send a birthday bouquet to a friend in the Pembroke Pines area. I found J&J doing a Google search. My expectations were low as they are for all florists. Not finding what I wanted pictured on their site I called the shop and talked to who I believe was the owner’s husband. He listened patiently, said he had a good idea of what I wanted, and that he would text a photo of what they designed. Sure enough I got a photo the next day and while it was beautiful, it wasn’t what I had in mind. We texted back and forth and they redid it at no charge! It was spectacular - a medium sized English bouquet with all white flowers. J&J is a high touch florist who goes above and beyond in the name of customer service. They even texted me to confirm delivery had been made. The birthday girl recipient was thrilled. J&J DESERVES EVERYONE’S BUSINESS!!!! More...

I took a chance and called the business at 6:50pm expecting the call to go unanswered. To my surprise not only was the phone answered, but they offered to meet me half way with an arrangement or keep the business open until I arrived. That’s customer service like no other! Doing business with Alex( the owner) was amazingly easy. I called the day before wanting delivery early the next morning for my mom's 80th birthday and Alex was so accommodating. He texted me pics of what was  available immediately. I had both of these beautiful arrangements delivered along with some ballons and assorted other little gifts. The BEST place to go to get flowers. They are very honest and hard working people. The gentleman who helped me is Juan, he did everything he could to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
