I genuinely cannot say enough good things about J & J! We have been with them for about 4 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. First, each cleaning is meticulous- so much attention to detail that each time the house is cleaned is like a deep cleaning. It is the best feeling ever coming home from work to a clean house- and not just clean, spotless. Second, Jen is amazing with her communication, which with a full time work schedule and two kids is so helpful. However, the thing that is most important to us about J & J is that they are trustworthy and genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met. They remember things like our kids’ birthdays or ask how parents are doing in their surgery recovery. They genuinely care about their clients- this shows on how much time & attention to detail they take on each clean in the home and in each and every interaction with Jen & all employees at J & J.
