My mom and dad used J&A Elite Services, on August 5-7, 2022, from Austin to San Antonio, TX. My parents were celebrating their 63rd wedding anniversary, Jeremiah was exceptional in his services toward them.
He went over and beyond the contractual agreement by providing a stretch limousine with champagne as a special treat.
The services were superb and they have not experienced that type of service before, with anyone!
My parents would like to thank Jeremiah, of J & A Elite Services, for going over and beyond what is typically expected from a limousine service.
They will be using them every time they are in the area that they serve.
If you are in the Austin, San Antonio or Houston, TX area, and in need of limousine service, you can’t go wrong selecting J&A Elite Services.

Jay was paid to pick me and my wedding party up on 05/28/22. He canceled on me the day before citing that some of his fleet was damaged in the hail storm we had the previous night. I was totally understanding of that. He said that he "might" still be able to pick me and my Matron up. I couldn't go on a "might" so I asked him to cancel all trips and I asked for my money back. He ghosted me and I am yet to hear back from him. However, my contact did tell me that he ended up taking a football game entourage. I was trying to support a black owned business and he took my money and did not provide the service. Unacceptable business practices. I guess he wasn't making enough money off of me, but I wish he would have told me that before he took the booking and my money. More...
