How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By designing an exercise program based on their level, needs, and goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You need to enjoy the process and do physical activity that makes you feel good and that you can achieve and progress at. If you dislike the activity and don’t feel good afterwards, you won’t continue the journey.
What do you love most about your job?
Improving the quality of life for my clients. Seeing their bodies change, hearing about how great they feel, and knowing that their pain is subsiding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m a teacher at heart. I like to share knowledge and since I know about the body, I wanted to share that knowledge with others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don’t just want to show and teach some exercises. I want to educate my clients so they are empowered with the knowledge to change their bodies and improve their health.

Prefer to see clients in person and use the equipment, prefer to work on the form and details of the workout and need to see clients in person for that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Only 1 or 2 clients in the studio at a time, social distancing, masking, cleaning equipment after each client uses.
