My number one recommendation to all brides is to get a day of coordinator for your wedding and if you can, do Ivory Events! Honey, Abby, Karla, and the entire team did an amazing job of making our dream wedding a reality! From the moment we first met with Christina, they were helpful and thoughtful and ready to guide us. They seem to know every venue and vendor in the city. They provided detailed, handy timelines and instructions, and were consistently checking in to make sure we kept on schedule and didn't have any questions or issues (and when we did have worries, they did a great job of calming us down). They were full of fun suggestions to make our wedding special, and when we had unusual ideas of our own, they always came through with ways to execute them. It's hard to know where even to begin with my review of Ivory Events services.The entire team was amazing! they are all so fantastic and organized . They were worth double what we paid them and our day truly wouldn't have been as special as it was without them making sure everything went flawlessly behind the scenes. When my husband craved a cup of coffee during the middle of the reception, Katie rushed up to make him a cup. When our table cards flew away, she went around and handed them out individually. She made sure we had drinks, coordinated all of our vendors! She not only was a wonderful planner but a partner in crime and friend throughout the planning process. We loved working with Ivory Events. We worked with Katie, Kari, Gabrielle and they were absolutely fantastic - they truly have a gift for what they do. They made sure everything with our wedding ran smoothly and seamlessly. From managing all the vendors, the photographers timeline and DJ and all the vendor arrivals and set up! They did it all!! Weddings can be so stressful, especially for the bride and groom, yet they handled everything with such grace and decorum. And They did it all with such a wonderful chill + expert presence that made us 100% confident and relaxed that everything was going to work out just right. Sarah and the Ivory team are more valuable than gold. If you’re questioning whether or not to hire a day-of coordinator, my advice is 10000% DO IT. There are so many elements I hadn’t even considered as being so integral to the day, which the team simply handled without blinking an eye. I can’t tell you how comforting and incredible it was to walk into a fully decorated venue for the first time, to know a timeline was being followed, to have peace of mind that our families and friends were being directed to the right place, to have SALMON AND DONUTS (separately, mind you) packed up to enjoy after returning to the hotel... Best coordinator out there! Honey, Abby, and Kari did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very professional and friendly. Whenever I needed to ask them a question, they were very timely with their responses and extremely helpful. After our first meeting with Honey my now husband said "We need to book her now!" They went above and beyond with creating our timeline and getting in contact with all of our vendors. Before the wedding till the last song they made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. I can't praise Ivory Events enough! They were absolutely amazing to work with. The entire team was so professional, responsive, AND they are seriously the best person to bounce ALL the ideas off of. We had 3 planning meetings with our package but they went above and beyond and gave us 2 extra meetings, got in touch with all our vendors, read through contracts and were there for us from start to finish! We enlisted their help early on in the process. They were always in touch with me despite us signing up for the Day of Coordination package. We would absolutely recommend Ivory Events! We worked closely with Madison and she was such a calming presence the entire planning process. She had great suggestions and handled all the minor details with care. Since we live out of state, Honey and Madison gave us reassurance that everything was going smoothly. They handled our walk-through since we could not be there and I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. During the planning process, we had a lot going on (job changes, MBAs, moving, etc.) and the Ivory Events team took on a lot of the planning coordination/handling vendors. We hired Ivory Events (Honey, Madison and Sarah) because we wanted to be able to show up at the venue on the day of the wedding and not have to worry about details, setting up etc on the wedding day. And that is exactly what happened!! We booked with basically every single vendor that were recommended and were extremely satisfied with each of them as well. Each of them had a discount as well for being an Ivory Events bride. I was especially thankful to have Honey when we ran into some issues with our family, she was able to navigate us through. We really wanted our wedding to feel laid-back and focus on family and friends spending time together. We chose Ivory because of their home base location and all of the glowing reviews from brides and after talking to our venue. They did not disappoint! I think they spent about 500 + hours on me in the year that we planned the wedding. They are so calm, professional and knowledgable. They have the most amazing relationships with vendors from all over who we ended up loving as well. They will customize your experience weather you want her team to take care of every little detail or just the day of. I'm not sure what we would have done without their involvement in our big day! There were definitely a few times when they had to scramble last minute because of a mishap which in our case was the weather the day of. We hired Ivory Events for our wedding at two weeks out, and we're sure glad we did. They were professional, quick to get working on our wedding, detail oriented, and full of good ideas to help us out where needed. Above all, they were very responsive to all our questions and concerns from beginning to end, which is especially crucial in the weeks before a wedding. We really would not have been able to pull off our wedding without Honey and Sarah and Karla. We hired Ivory Events to be day-of coordinators but they were available to answer questions and offer advice throughout the entire process. In the weeks before the wedding, they were invaluable. They contacted all vendors and made sure that they come to them instead of us with any questions or problems. Knowing that someone else is in charge of day-of logistics (which can be overwhelming) instantly lowered my stress level. They were also great at responding to day-of problems that arose. I. Very organized and timely and seamless execution are words that don’t come close to capturing what Honey and Sarah have done for my wedding weekend, which included a rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony and reception. Without them, my husband and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy any of it. Though we’d contracted for Day-of coordination services since we’d made the major decisions by ourselves very early on, our one piece of advice to future brides and grooms would be that the Ivory Events teamare absolutely crucial in pulling off your wedding!

There were so many things that they did, which looking back, we would never have thought of beforehand. But such things all went a long way to making the day more comfortable and extra special for the both of us. In between the ceremony and cocktails, they set aside food for my husband and I to enjoy in private as well as a bottle of champagne. They knew my feet were hurting early on in the day, so they placed a pair of my favorite loafers under my chair at the dinner table. They fixed everything in my wardrobe that I had problems with, from getting a bracelet to securely clasp to pinning my train repeatedly throughout the evening. We began planning our daughters wedding a full year before the July, 2016 wedding date. As we navigated through the details, it became clear that as the magical date got closer and closer, there were many details that needed to be drawn together. In other words, we started to freak out that we were overlooking items that would make this the most memorable day of our daughter's life. Ivory Events coordinated my wedding in March this year. I hired them last year for Day Of Coordination. From the onset they were professional, thorough and detail oriented. They returned calls on time and were never too busy to answer my questions. They explained that they would take my vision for my wedding and make sure that the day is exactly as I wanted it to be - I was planning my own wedding but wanted help on the Day Of. This is exactly what they did - from the smallest detail for decor to the largest they took care of it all. I didn't have to worry about a single detail. They created a detailed timeline and managed all the vendors. We hired Ivory Events to be our day of wedding coordinators (which is more like month of) for our June 25, 2016 wedding and it was by far the greatest thing we did!

I am a very organized bride (project manager by trade) and very, very into details. Most of our wedding was tiny details purchased by my husband and I (we had our own UHaul full of stuff). I had spent 9 months planning the wedding and wanted everything to be perfect.

Ivory Events was amazing. As soon as they were hired they took the stress off of me...and they didn't judge me for my 60 page wedding PowerPoint! They embraced my type A-ness and I appreciated that!

Our wedding went so smoothly and beautifully! There was absolutely no stress for me, the groom, or any family that day! They worked around the clock and late into the night to make sure everything was perfect, set-up just how I wanted, and to clean-up/pack. They are my heroes! We have received so many compliments on how gorgeous the wedding was and how amazing our coordinators were by friends, family, and our other wedding vendors.

And when we lost our officiant three days before the wedding, Ivory Events was able to help us find a new one (and calm down a distraught me) within hours. The officiant they recommended to us was AMAZING! Ivory Events saved the day!

I will tell every one I know to use their services. Not only that, but their team was so friendly, willing to help, and responsive! We loved them so much and they did such a great job, my mother hired them to do my sister's June 2017 wedding!

Honey and her team made our wedding go off without a hitch. We did the day-of package but well before that they were in contact with us making sure that every detail was planned out.
