What do you love most about your job?
I love to help and watch people succeed when they thought they couldn't. Reaching their goals in life, health, work, any goals that they set their mine to and accomplishing them in a matter of time and not years later.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Friends and family that I had helped in the past urged me to become a life coach. My story in life is a long one, I have experienced many different situations and have been many different places. I learn something new everyday and try to teach something learned to anyone that wants to learn. Knowing that it takes more than just one to get through life here on earth made me want to be that other one that made two. It should not be this hard but sometimes it is. I have the patience and skills not to mention the experience and I know what I am capable of doing so I decided to become a life coach.
Why should our clients choose you?
I go by facts and not what I hear or what I think might work for a certain situation. I want to make sure that what we start we finish! I won't give up on you as long as you don't give up on yourself and that's really what I'm here for, so that you don't give up on yourself. I look for the potential that you poses and help you put it towards your goals and life ambitions as well as putting you in a better place. Reliability is what I will be for you. Things will not be easy in the beginning and they may never get easy but you will grow and you will see that you are worthy of being happy and successful. That is what I strive for in coaching you to succeed. I'm right here. Let me be there for you.

Online is best for me unless you are in the same city as me and then I would love to meet up with you. We can make it work no matter what it takes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online and phone sessions worked really well keeping us all safe for the time. Masks and keeping six feet apart help while meeting in person but I'm ready for that to be over with.
Getting started new
I'm here to get you started in a new direction in life by dropping old habits and starting new goals. Understanding that we can do this together and that you are not alone in this. "It's Time".
Depression
Depression can happen quickly, it can hang over you for years or you may not even realize that you are depressed until one day you know that you are.
Depression is a hard thing to get out of, but I'm here to listen and to coach you into a better place. "It's Time".

Whether it's the same old job or you are starting a new one, it's not easy to stay in a job where you feel you are getting nowhere or it's turned out that it's just not for you. It's easy to want to quit and move on, but the bills or your way of life just won't allow it at the moment.

Health
Being healthy is something everyone would like to be, but it's just not that easy. The lack of motivation and not having a workout partner makes it hard to get those first steps in or those first reps up. I've been there.

We've all been there, needing someone to talk to about things you really can't talk to family or friends about. Ideas, goals, frustration, depression, relationships, family, it can go on and on.

Spirituality
Spirituality is very personal and sometimes hard to figure out when there are so many people telling you what is right and what is wrong, who God loves and who he doesn't love. You know how you feel in your heart and where you want be in his heart. It's your choice!

Child support, whether you owe or you receive it can be very frustrating. It can cause a lot of unwanted grief and discontent, which is exactly what the child (or children) don't need in their lives and neither do you.

Coaching you to be an extreme adventure enthusiast. Getting outdoors and trying new things for the first time or taking yourself to another level of extreme. Anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself.
