Great customer service and excellent quality of work! Shauna and Rolando came down and measured my windows to get a nice reflective tint. My master bedroom gets really hot because of the sliding glass door, so they tinted it and all my west facing windows. We can see out and no one can see in, even at night. It's helped TREMENDOUSLY with the heat. Jesus was a really cool guy, he's their tint installer and he made sure everything was top notch before he left. Thank you guys for hookin it up over here! My kids and I got this wrap done for my husband for his birthday. It turned out better than we thought thanks to the help of Rolando and Shauna. They took their time and even worked late to get this done for us. We gave them what we wanted and they put it all together exactly the way we wanted it done. They sent us a first mock up and said if we didn't like it, to let them know and to make any changes and it wouldn't hurt their feelings at all. We did make some changes and they weren't mad or upset. They did everything we asked. We couldn't be more happy with the way it turn out. My husband was so surprised when he saw it! I could not be happier with the wrap job these guys did on my car. They wrapped the roof, fin and mirrors of my car black and I can honestly say that the work Sergio does is that of a true perfectionist. I am super critical when I expect perfection, and I can say that this job was done exceptionally well. I am more than impressed.After researching and obtaining multiple opinions, I decided that wrapping my car was the way to go. 1. It doesn't void your paint warranty and 2. You can take it off without damaging your paint if you change your mind. I requested 10-15 quotes from multiple places from San Diego to Los Angeles and I decided on It's a Wrap for multiple reasons. The most important is that it wasn't all about the money for Rolando. He sat and talked with me and educated me and answered all of my questions. After speaking with him I knew he was a man of his word and that he would stand behind his work.I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment and they took me in right away. While Sergio started on the work, Rolando was nice enough to drop my friend and me off at the Ontario Mills Mall. He picked us up when we texted him and we chilled in the lobby until the work was done.They wrapped my mirrors first, took my fin antenna off, wrapped it, wrapped my roof the reinstalled my antenna. Instead of going the shady cut some seams and out the wrap down under the antenna without taking it off, they did the job the right way and took their time. Before we left, Rolando talked to me about caring for the wrap to make sure it lasts as long as possible and he even left some care instructions in my car for me. It's a Wrap! did amazing work for our new business! We came to them with very few design ideas and a very short time limit. They did what we thought was impossible by getting our wrap up for our restaurant in just a couple of weeks. Not only did they get it done in time for our opening day, they paid attention to the tiniest detail down to cleaning the wall so it looked extra smooth. Where do I even start! I like finding companies that have a passion for what they do. That's how you know you will get the best service. Rolando, Shauna and Sergio are WONDERFUL! OMG! Shawna is an amazing designer. She took our bare bones idea and made a logo so professional and unique that we are so proud to wear! She worked with us every step of the way. The communication was always double if not triple checked. We spoke, she emailed, and then she called to insure everything was understood.  She found us colors and sizes for children, adults, and big and tall! We had samples to check sizes and colors before we ordered.  We were able to confirm the polo shirt designs fit our people as well. When we placed our order Shawna organized the sizes, colors, styles, graciously and made us feel welcome in spite of our chaos!  The t-shirts and polos are amazing and well appreciated! These guys are amazing!!! Just got my new mobile grooming van wrapped and I'm so happy with the way it came out! They also designed my logo for me, and did my business cards and flyers, which I love! They walked us through the entire process at our first meeting and kept in contact with us throughout and sent pictures of the progress so we could follow along.
