How long have you been in business?
I been in the cleaning business for over 8 years I clean for Getman Corporation both facilities Bangor Mi and Kalamazoo Mi I recently started my owe business It’s A Miracle Cleaning Service L.L.C. I been in business for over 1 year
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes I provide my own equipment and supplies I provide disinfecting supplies to reduce risk of spreading infection by disinfecting after cleaning surfaces
Vacuum cleaner, with attachments for hardwood and carpet
Bucket or container to carry supplies
Mop and bucket
Duster (both long and short)
Dustpan and broom
Paper towels
Microfibre cloths (have separate, color-coded ones for the kitchen and bathroom)
Glass cleaning cloths
Protective rubber gloves
Cleaning brushes (use disposable toilet brushes or ask the customer to provide one)
Laundry bag (for old rags)
Disinfectant wipes (perfect for bathroom and kitchen surfaces)
Shoe covers (to keep floors clean)
Spray bottle (to store homemade products and all-purpose cleaners you need to mix with water)

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new clients and providing great services to help give them a break from a heavy work load when my client are happy then I’m happy
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a passion for cleaning I believe having a clean environment will bring positive energy it’s a great feeling when you are able to do something you love and put a smile on my client faces most of all I’m able to provide for my family

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I clean with a household cleaner that contains soap or detergent reduces the amount of germs on surfaces and decreases risk of infection from surfaces. In most situations, cleaning alone removes most virus particles on surfaces.
I focused on cleaning high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, tables, and light switches regularly.
Office cleaning
1. Daily Tasks:
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Wipe down and disinfect desks, tables, and other surfaces.
- Vacuum or sweep floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Wipe down and disinfect doorknobs, handles, and light switches.
2. Weekly Tasks:
- Dust furniture, shelves, and electronic equipment.
- Mop floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Disinfect keyboards, mice, and other frequently touched office equipment.
- Wipe down baseboards and remove cobwebs.
