5 Star experience from start to finish. Received a quote and scheduled through Yelp! The day of our appointment we received a call letting us know our tech would be available earlier if convenient for us. (It was!) In comes Chad.. he took his time in explaining his process and giving us an extra option to add an outlet, but did so without pressure. ITech Smart Home came to my house in Install a 8-Cameras System for security. They were very professional in every way. They insisted I know everything about the system after it was installed, and spent time with me since I'm not very good with tech things. I would give them a 5-star review but I'm giving them a 4-star review only because they refused to take a lunch, and I think eating healthy during the day is very important. Called iTech to install a Ring 2 at my mother's house, and technician came on time and worked with us to install and instruct on how to use. My mom is not technically proficient but tech worked step by step to ensure she knew how to operate the equipment.
