What do you love most about your job?
Out of all the career roles I've held (there are many!), coaching lets me connect with people to pull out their best parts and figure out how to best put those parts in motion in an individual's life. It's exciting work!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been coaching and mentoring for years, probably since I was 17 years old. After a while I knew it was time to honor my calling and streamline my skills into a service that more people can benefit from. I've started companies in the past, and they are difficult! But passion drives me to do hard things!

Every client should choose the coach whose style and areas of focus are right for them. I have a broad area of focus, spanning from career to relationship to fitness to emotional intelligence coaching, and many more. It's an honor to meet anyone who would invite me into their journey of self discovery and progress.

Absolutely. Most of my services are remote, with an in person option for those who live close in proximity. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
NBO was born post-pandemic. As a result, I inquire about the comfort level of each client, with a heavy emphasis on remote interactions.
