Tammy generously gave her personal time to assist me, all without accepting compensation. Re QuickBooks, we had an issue where we had to correct some entries from last fiscal year. My bookkeeper was out of town and we had a deadline to correct the entries.  I had called IIrvine Bookkeeping to simply ask how to perform these actions in QB and offered to pay. Instead of answering my questions Tammy asked if we could Zoom into my desktop and she would show me and also complete the actions. And she scheduled for 500pm, aka personal or family time. When we did meeting online she was quick but patient, allowed me to ask questions and take notes. Finally she refused payment.We are so surprised and grateful for her generosity and patience the least we could do is recommend Irvine Bookkeeping. Strongly suggest you give them a try. For me it was a crucial thing when deciding to switch accounting service or tax service.  I needed someone who I can trust and my business requires fast pace process whenever needed. I've been keeping an eye open on such a company until I came across Irvine Bookkeeping, a company introduced by a friend.  I've been in a wholesale business for six years but I've been using Irvine Bookkeeping services since the start of their business.  My previous accountant cannot be compared to their services for several reasons that I've noticed as these were also my concerns in the beginning:1. Calls being answered? - My calls are answered as soon as possible. (Very important when you need something like a statement or any sort of paperwork for banks)2. Services being considerate or helpful?- My general questions regarding my businesses book and tax are answered with tips and advice. (Of course this is when I actually utilized their service)3. Price range, am I comfortable between price and quality? - Prices are straight out with no hidden fees or extra charge.  They basically let you know what they charge and weather you really need the type of service or not. 4. Experience, I am worried if they can handle my business? - So far they have proven to me that they do have experience to handle my business.  5. Is it easy to make an appointment or is there still a wait? - Appointments are available with no waits.  Unlike, busy big companies, I feel important to them.6.  How do I retrieve my documents?  Can I do it online?  But is it safe? - For those who are tech savy, they have a secured portal especially used for each of their clients to download or upload documents to each other.  For those who are still traditional, no worries, they provide actual documentation on tax and bookkeeping.  These were all the questions that popped up in my mind whenever I think of switching bookkeeping company.  I told them what I need, what I expect, and how I would like to manage it.  By far, Irvine Bookkeeping had suited my needs.  Service is good, pace is fast, experienced with professionalism.
