A healthy diet is the second most important factor to a person's health. The MOST important factor is the person's decision to put their health first.

There is no one size fits all. An analysis of each client must be performed, through questions and physical tests, to determine the best approach to optimize their fitness and nutrition. Regular tracking and monitoring will determine what changes need to be made every 6-12 weeks, based on how their body adapts.

Finding a person's "why" - the reason they will be consistent with their lifestyle changes no matter what.

I became a personal trainer because of my own poor health 20+ years ago. After being in the business for over two decades, I've seen how important personal training is to a person's health and I've seen how overworked and underpaid personal trainers are. So, I created IronWERQS to provide clients with the BEST training environment (clean and uncrowded) while allowing their trainers to double their income without having to charge clients a penny more than they were paying at the big box gyms.

If they are serious about improving their health and they are located in the Santa Clarita Valley, IronWERQS is the ONLY place they can train that is always physically distanced (appointment-only means never crowded - even in mid-January), best maintained (owner operated), and specifically designed for personal training (all new big box gym equipment in a 3000 square foot studio).

We are always physically distanced because we are by appointment-only. The studio is brand new, with all new equipment, and it was environmentally inspected and certified. We are currently at a very small fraction of our maximum capacity. Masks are required. Anaerobic training only. No classes. Clients are required to wipe clean equipment after use.

Services

You are never too old or too young to improve your health and fitness. There is no such thing as a one size fits all program. Whether you want to be functionally fit, run a marathon or something in between, a program specific to your personal goals must be designed, results tracked and methods altered on a regular basis. This requires an experienced trainer working with you one on one and in person.

Healthy weight loss can ONLY be attained through nutritional comprehension. Starvation diets, endless cardio, prescription drugs and surgical procedures DO NOT improve long-term health. Methodical and consistent weight loss is achievable and sustainable.

Whether you were injured, are recovering from a surgery or were born with a condition, proper physical strength and mobility is the key to an improved quality of life.

Unfortunately, none of us was taught in school how to eat for health and not all healthy foods are healthy for everyone. Knowing what, when and how to eat that is best for you specifically is vital for true health.
