What do you love most about your job?
The challenge. Each day is a new challenge, a new problem. I know that sounds cliche-esque. But it certainly is true. Starting a new business is not easy. But I have the tenacity to endure.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent over thirty years in law enforcement and during that time I have interacted with my fair share of security guard companies; most of the guards i have come across were not very impressive and I imagine that is because of a number of reasons. I told myself that when I retire I will create a security guard company that treats its employees well, demands a high level of pride in their duties, ensure the guards are well trained, maintain a professional appearance in their uniform and their hygiene, and provide the client with a level of security service. Essentially, I want to reverse the poor reputation of the security guard industry.
