I like to set time aside for a discovery and assessment of the client or athlete. We will go over daily habits, nutrition, PAR-Q (medical history) and mindset so i can better understand and personally tailor a plan for the clients needs.

I love the fact that I able to help people tackle physical and health related obstacles through proper exercise and nutrition education.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a deep passion for helping people and I like the fact that I am able to control my own schedule so I can spend still spend time with my family and make time for them.

Yes, one of my coaching methods is remote as well as hybrid.
In both instances I can add my clients to my online application which allows me to create all of their exercise programs remotely so they can access it from their mobile device anywhere, anytime.
The app includes exercise videos that help assist the client with all the exercises as well as the option for me to monitor and track their progress.
