I needed last minute service and called 6 other security companies before I tried Iron Wall. None of the others could provide service for me the same day or they said they would get back to me and never did. Iron Wall on the other hand knows how to process a last minute call. They took down the details, quoted me right there on the phone, took payment and sent me instructions that they would be giving their security guard. The whole process was easy and quick. The security guard (Iron Wall calls them security officers) arrived on time ready to work. I was surprised that the guard was a woman! When I asked her about working private security as a woman, she told me that many of Iron Walls guards are woman, and they perform just as good or better than the men haha! I needed a security guard immediately and after calling tree different companies who had to "call me back", they instantly said yes and began to get my information for what I needed. The young man on the phone was ver attentive and walked me through what services they provided and how they could help me. HANDS DOWN THE BEST!In the past, companies I've used were were uncommunicative and sent some clueless kid who I was not confident in. BUT NOT THESE GUYS (and gal...our guard was a woman). When she arrived, she knew my name and what I needed. She asked a couple question and then left to her post. She greeted everyone who came through the door! (maybe even better than my own receptionist). I will never use anyone else. From the professionalism and attention to detail, I've never felt safer. I've used several security companies over the years and most the time they end up dropping the ball and leaving us feeling letting down. We are relieved that we finally found Iron Wall. From the moment I reached out to them for a bid, to the time they were on site, it has been nothing but smooth and professional. Their communication, processes and customer service have been outstanding.Their process of quoting and setting up the instructions for the site was easy; they took care of everything; very impressed compared to my experience with other security companies we have used in the past. We purchased our home in the VOA last year. I have had to call Iron Wall security one time for something suspicious I noticed on my street. I did not require a call back, but within 24 hours someone called me back to check in. Also. in the morning a lot of small children walk to school. I notice members of the security team driving up and down the street where the childen walk. Also. in the afternoon when they walk home as well. Mark Hill is constantly posting updates on the VOA facebook page. I am truly grateful for the dedication of the security team. They take their job serious and work hard to help us feel secure. I see them driving around the neighborhood all the time. The only reason I feel safe walking my dogs at night is because they are always around.
