Discipline and consistent workout sessions along with a proper meal plan which i provide.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people transform. I love showing people they can do something they don't think they can. One of the biggest joys is seeing someones bad day turn into a great day after a hard motivating training session. Watching them over time throw out medications they used to take or doing daily tasks with ease that used to be hard for them. Getting them to a goal and seeing they are so happy and thanking you for helping them is the best feeling ever
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people for more affordable prices so they could train long term. In commercial gyms they charge very high and push you to finish sessions and kick people out quick. Its all about the money. In my own gym i can spend more time with people, helo them learn to enjoy training more withoit rushing out the door. Also freedom of scheduling which makes me a less stressed happier trainer for my clients

Because i do everything possible to help my clients reach their goals. I give them 100% energy and enthusiasm. I push them and take personal interest in them. I go above and beyond for whatever they need. They even have me 24-7 via text for motivation or help with diet

Before and after covid We are always clean. Extra sanitizing and reminding everyone to take an extra day off when sick to avoid passing
