Stength training
Are you looking to tone up, gain muscle? Nothing will beat resistance training. With consistancy, time and good nutrition your body will change to create what end goal you are looking to achieve. Buliding new muscle and eating in a calorie deficit you will see improvements to your body fairly quickly, consistency is key!!!!
