I noticed this food truck for the first time in Coventry Farmers Market. For those who don't know Coventry Farmers market is one of the best farmers market in CT and operates Sunday from 11 am on warmer months. I was roaming around the many food trucks trying to see where to eat from. This food truck had the longest line. As any good foodie would do, I went and stand behind the line. they had a couple of beers on their menu and it was very popular. I went for Mexican Street Corn and it was very yummy. The fire roast the corn, burger patty, burger buns right in front of you. As the place had good demand, I stood in the line for 15 mins and then waited for food for 15 minutes. Food was good.
