Ron is a great trainer. He's tough but makes it fun. He also makes it possible for any age/ability level. I lost weight and inches and I learned so much from him to take with me in the future!!

IPT is truly the best! Haven't been for awhile and I'm feeling like I need to go back! Ron is a great motivator AND he teaches good form to avoid injury - which we over 40 year olds need!!
