I love when people get it. They get to the point where the eating right and the working out aren't something they do just because they know they should, but they do it because it has enhanced their life in every way, physically, mentally, spiritually, even financially

I was a fat, depressed loser, with not a lot of hope. I found fitness after years of abusing my body. I found a program that I loved and I made it my goal in life to provide the way for people to find joy and happiness through fitness and health

There are a million coaches, personal trainers, etc. Some do it for the status and money. Some do it because they genuinely want to help. I do it to create a legacy. A legacy for myself and my children and my grandchildren. To serve others is the highest calling. I won't let you down. I have staked my whole life on getting people as healthy and fit as possible. I will not quit until my job is done
