Our method is SIMPLE, We help our clients enter a deep meditative state allowing them to reconnect to their oppressed memories in the subconscious and begin to see those memories to the same effect as a movie. The goal is for our clients to review these collections of memories so they can gain the awareness that is needed to release the Trauma.
