What do you love most about your job?
I'd say the thing I love most about my job are the sweet goodbyes. To me, it is the culmination of a journey. So many memories! I cherish my clients and seeing them take off on their own, packed with this new knowledge and new skill sets, they are unstoppable. Totally different people from when I first met them. They are formidable now and I love it! It is always bittersweet when our time is up, but it is what this all culminates to...they have their wings to fly, and fly they do! I should say that it isn't the last I hear from them...they always come back! They'll stop by or drop me a wonderful email sharing their successes and achievements. So cool. It's incredibly special.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always being the one who drew outside the lines, I knew at a pretty young age that my career would entail something very close to entrepreneurship. When the time was right, I made the commitment and went back to school. Many years later I cannot think of a better choice. I love my job and especially the honor of guiding others to achieve their dreams. and live life feeling a great sense of purpose. I am living proof it can be done and pass on my wisdom and knowledge to those who want and need it, too.
Why should our clients choose you?
Choosing a life coach to work with is a very personal matter. You want your match to be challenging, and yet safe and comfortable. Having a coach that is educated and certified in many different types of therapeutic approaches gives the client the assurance that no matter the issues at hand, the coach is qualified to assess and implement certain strategies for your success. With my extensive education and training, I am able to do just that. I take my responsibility very seriously as I know what is at stake, always continuing my training and education.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Oh, absolutely. Life coaching is predominantly a remote service. From time to time I am hired by clients that coincidentally live near me, which gives an opportunity to provide office visits. As I practice nationwide, you can guess not many face-to-face office visits present themselves anymore. Remote and online sessions are the standard in the coaching of today, which is wonderfully convienent for the client. Just get comfy, as I say. No place like home to do that in.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As coaching is nearly completely conducted via remote sessions, the impact of Covid-19 is, and has been, quite negligible. Naturally, if clients are seen in-office, measures of the standardized protocol are implemented. Clients can choose to wear their masks and social distancing is observed. Assuring not only our clients emotional health, but physical health as well.
Reiki Healing Session (30, 45, 60 minutes)
Reiki is a high vibrational energy force that is transmitted through a practitioner, who must be trained and attuned to that energy. When that energy moves from the universe, through the practitioner, into the recipient, their body is best set up into natural healing. Reiki has been used for centuries to help with a variety of health issues and promote balance and well-being in all areas of life.

Relationship Coaching
A relationship coach is someone who supports individuals and couples in learning vital skills for relating, especially in marriages and romantic partnerships. Relationship coaches teach you to develop conflict resolution skills and offer tools to deepen intimacy and pleasure.

Helping their clients understand the recovery process, reconnect with themselves and the world while using their strengths to build a life they love living.
