Hi, my name is Kriya. Massage Therapy is my passion, with each service bringing me delight to share my gift of touch with others. My goal is to promote relaxation, help to facilitate healing, and increase body awareness. I possess 1250 hours of massage education + 75 hours of hands on clinic experience. I started my career working with some of Los Angeles top spa brands where I specialized in Deep Tissue and Prenatal services, but quickly learned my path was to start my own practice. My style of body work is slower, where I focus on a clients area of concern so that there is progress is the long term, not just the immediate. Clear communication and expectations are established prior to each service, with recommendations for wellness during and following. Whether the goal is relaxation or reducing pain, I listen to what the body asks of me and allow my intuition to guide the process of healing.
